Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from scoping to final delivery, ensuring client objectives are met on time and on budget.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans to C-level stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses including market sizing, profitability analyses, and KPI modeling.
- Facilitate workshops, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate with client personnel.
- Design operating models, process improvements, and change management plans to realize sustained value.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants; contribute to firm thought leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of management or strategy consulting experience, ideally with top-tier firms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record delivering high-impact client outcomes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to present to executive audiences.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Team leadership and mentorship skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (as required).
