NovaPulse Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to fuel our growth in the US market. Based in New York, you will own the end-to-end development of strategic partnerships, new market initiatives, and revenue-generating opportunities.
In this role you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and close high-value deals that align with our long-term growth strategy.

Responsibility
- Identify and target high-potential markets and strategic partnerships that align with company goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Lead negotiations, structure deals, and close agreements with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to tailor offerings and maximize client value.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and go-to-market plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, preferably in technology.
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals and building high-value partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
