SummitGrowth Partners is a fast-growing strategy and partnerships firm helping tech and consumer brands scale through go-to-market programs.
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in the US market. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to uncover opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and close high-impact deals.

Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from discovery to close, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel programs to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and compelling value propositions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Draft and oversee account plans, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform roadmap and GTM strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales with a proven track record in the US market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to craft value propositions and ROI case studies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven sales processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Based in New York area or willing to relocate/commute as hybrid.
