Job description

NovaLink Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our enterprise partnerships and accelerate revenue growth. This role blends strategy, hunter mindset, and relationship management to drive long-term value for our clients and our company.

Based in New York City or remote from the US with occasional client visits, you will own the full BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing multi-year deals.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the enterprise segment through market research and outbound outreach.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions for client needs.

Qualification

  • Minimum 6 years B2B business development or enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of generating multi-million dollar revenue and closing large deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% occasionally; comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
