Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to close for B2B partnerships and enterprise deals.
- Create and execute strategic partnership programs with technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare formal proposals, and close deals with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Forecast revenue, track key metrics, and report progress to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and generate opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales in tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and pipeline-management abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (as needed).
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
