Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic BD plans to drive revenue and market expansion in target verticals.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential partnerships, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to close, including negotiations and contracting.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and milestone tracking using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven BD or strategic partnerships experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Strong network of enterprise-level decision-makers and a track record of closing complex deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative selling style.
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management; analytical mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as required.
