Job description

NovaBridge Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the US market. This high-impact, quota-driven role focuses on forming long-term partnerships and accelerating revenue.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and represent the company at industry events and with executive stakeholders. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closing and onboarding, while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute annual business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers; lead executive-level conversations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to define go-to-market strategies and messaging.

Qualification

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying committees and close multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and work across multiple time zones.
