Job description
NovaBridge Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the US market. This high-impact, quota-driven role focuses on forming long-term partnerships and accelerating revenue.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and represent the company at industry events and with executive stakeholders. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closing and onboarding, while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute annual business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers; lead executive-level conversations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to define go-to-market strategies and messaging.
- Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, forecast accurately, and report KPIs to leadership.
- Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close deals while ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B software/SaaS sales with a proven closing track record.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying committees and close multi-million-dollar deals.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and work across multiple time zones.
