Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships and channel programs
- Lead end-to-end business development cycles from outreach to deal closure
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to define value propositions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast
- Negotiate terms and contracts with partners and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of business development or strategic partnerships experience, B2B SaaS preferred
- Proven track record of closing multi-year deals and partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to travel up to 25% (subject to policy)
- Self-motivated, results-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration
