In this role, you will own the end-to-end BD cycle—from market discovery and outbound prospecting to deal negotiation and closure. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to craft compelling value propositions and win-wake partnerships. Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, market research, and partner ecosystems.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM to forecast revenue accurately.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account plans targeting mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and close deals with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to craft compelling value propositions and messaging.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
Qualification
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing multi-year, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in New York City and travel as needed (up to 20%).
