Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and research.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter growth plans with C-level stakeholders.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM, forecast accurately, and close deals.
- Forge strategic partnerships and channel programs to expand market reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing multi-year deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within target industries and ability to generate new opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
