Job description

NovaEdge Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our NYC team. You will lead strategic initiatives, build high-value partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced technology space.

In this role, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to identify market opportunities, craft go-to-market strategies, and manage end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate is a data-driven communicator with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and expanding enterprise accounts.

Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities through channel partnerships, enterprise accounts, and new verticals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to closing, including negotiations and contract development.
  • Develop robust multi-quarter account plans and forecast consistently with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design demand-generation programs and messaging that resonates with target buyers.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, finance, and legal to close complex deals.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in B2B tech or software.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong network within target industries and ability to leverage partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven prospecting.
