You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to design go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities, and close high-value deals that unlock long-term value for our customers and our company.
What you will do in this role: partner with executive leadership to set BD strategy, identify target segments, and build a robust pipeline; develop and manage strategic partnerships and channel programs; run end to end deal cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing; collaborate with marketing to craft account based campaigns; monitor metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress to stakeholders; represent the company at industry events and in customer meetings; drive customer success through meaningful value propositions that differentiate us in a competitive landscape.
Responsibility
- Identify growth opportunities and build a scalable sales pipeline across target markets.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate revenue.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to shape value propositions and GTM strategies.
- Own end to end deal cycles from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report progress to executive leadership.
- Leverage CRM to manage contacts, activities, and account plans.
- Represent the company at industry events and drive thought leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record closing high value deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent as needed.
