NovaBridge Solutions is seeking a high-impact Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the US market. You will own strategic partnerships, lead multi-channel pipeline, and collaborate with product and marketing to craft compelling value propositions for enterprise clients.
What you will do:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to close, aligning with revenue targets.
- Craft tailored proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate terms that maximize value for clients and the company.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor solutions and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
- Develop quarterly territory plans, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and engage with C-level executives to drive strategic decisions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to refine go-to-market strategies and pricing.

- Craft tailored value propositions and proposals; present to senior stakeholders and negotiate favorable terms.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to expand market reach and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor solutions and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
- Develop quarterly territory plans, set ambitious targets, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B business development, partnerships, or strategic sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Experience closing multi-million-dollar deals and managing complex procurement cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong network of enterprise decision-makers in target industries (tech, SaaS, manufacturing, professional services).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.
