We are seeking a dynamic Senior Career Consultant to coach clients through career strategy, resume optimization, interview preparation, and action-oriented job search plans. This role blends one-on-one coaching with structured program facilitation to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and employers.
In this hybrid role, you will work with clients across industries, design personalized career roadmaps, and partner with our client-success team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to identify strengths, goals, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement customized career plans, including resume and LinkedIn optimization.
- Coach clients through interview preparation, mock sessions, and feedback.
- Guide targeted job search strategies, networking, and employer outreach.
- Facilitate group workshops and webinars on career planning and market trends.
- Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to scale coaching programs and attract new clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional career coaching or executive coaching experience.
- Proven track record of helping clients land roles in target industries or advance to next career level.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong resume writing and LinkedIn optimization expertise.
- Experience facilitating workshops and delivering compelling presentations.
- Professional coaching certification preferred (e.g., CPCC, CPC).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple engagements.
