As a trusted advisor, you will partner with mid- to senior-level professionals to diagnose career gaps, design strategic plans, and execute effective job-search campaigns.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive career assessments and value-proposition development with clients.
- Design and implement tailored career roadmaps, including target companies and roles.
- Provide resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio optimization to maximize hiring visibility.
- Lead interview coaching sessions and mock interviews with structured feedback.
- Facilitate group workshops on networking, personal branding, and salary negotiation.
- Track client progress with metrics and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring partners and employers to align client strategies with market needs.
- Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive communication and accountability.
Qualification
- 5+ years in career coaching, talent development, or executive search; proven track record of client placements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- ICF credential or equivalent coaching certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of resume best practices, ATS, and LinkedIn optimization.
- Ability to analyze market trends and coach clients on career strategy.
- Experience delivering workshops and webinars; comfortable in virtual and in-person settings.
- Resilience, empathy, and a client-centric mindset with strong integrity.
