As a trusted advisor, you will partner with clients to craft compelling narratives, optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and develop strategic job search plans. Responsibility
- Lead one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to guide clients through career planning, market mapping, and transition management.
- Develop tailored career roadmaps, skills inventories, and target-company strategies based on client goals.
- Craft compelling resumes and LinkedIn profiles, ensuring alignment with ATS and current market expectations.
- Prepare clients for interviews with mock sessions, behavioral questions, and media training.
- Coach on networking techniques, outreach plans, and personal branding to expand opportunities.
- Monitor progress, track outcomes, and adjust coaching strategies to maximize ROI for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and improve coaching programs and materials.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional career coaching, executive coaching, or talent development experience.
- Proven track record of helping clients secure roles across tech, finance, or professional services.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and active listening skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
- Expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching.
- Knowledge of current job market trends, ATS, and talent acquisition practices in the San Francisco region.
- Certified coaching credential (e.g., ICF) or advanced HR/education degree preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work in-person at our San Francisco office and remotely as needed, with occasional travel for client engagements (0-10%).
