Responsibility

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to secure approvals
  • Perform geotechnical and drainage analyses, hydrology studies, and structural assessments as needed
  • Manage project documentation, budgets, risk registers, and change orders
  • Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians, promoting best practices and professional growth
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AASHTO, IBC, NFPA, OSHA)
  • Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and monitor field construction to ensure plan conformance

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license or active eligibility preferred
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience in infrastructure or transportation projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and sustainable design practices
