Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including transportation, water systems, and site development.
- Oversee project management from concept through construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and clients to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
- Utilize advanced engineering software for analysis, modeling, and design documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating sustainable and innovative solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- California PE license (required).
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience with a proven project portfolio.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and related tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
