Responsibility

  • Lead and manage civil design efforts for transportation, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
  • Develop design plans, technical specifications, load calculations, and cost estimates in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with codes, permits, and schedules.
  • Oversee CAD/BIM modeling (AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM workflows) and drawing production with rigorous QA/QC processes.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources; mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Qualification

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation and BIM experience preferred.
