As a key member of our Seattle office, you will oversee design and coordination across geotechnical, structural, and municipal disciplines, collaborate with clients, and contribute to winning proposals.

Responsibility
- Lead project management from scope through construction, coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and review designs for site development, drainage, utilities, roads, and grade separations.
- Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical memos.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants, and oversee QA/QC processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes; manage permitting and approvals.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress and report to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff; contribute to business development and proposal writing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PE license in WA or ability to obtain promptly.
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience in infrastructure, site development, or transportation projects.
- Proven project management and leadership skills; ability to manage client relationships and teams.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit; experience with BIM and 3D models.
- Solid knowledge of codes and standards (AASHTO, IBC, NFPA, ACI) and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical report writing abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver’s license.
