Ascendia Coaching Collective is seeking an experienced Senior Coach to lead transformative coaching engagements for executives and teams. In this role, you will design customized coaching programs, deliver 1:1 and group sessions, and partner with leadership teams to drive measurable performance improvements.

Responsibility
- Lead executive coaching engagements from discovery to outcomes, defining goals, tracking progress, and measuring impact.
- Design and deliver customized coaching frameworks for individuals and teams, aligned with organizational strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions, fostering psychological safety and high engagement.
- Partner with HR and leadership to identify development needs and implement scalable coaching programs.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to internal thought leadership and program development.
- Measure impact using dashboards, 360 feedback, and ROI analysis to inform continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
Qualification
- 7+ years of coaching, learning and development, or related experience; professional executive coaching certification (e.g., ICF PCC/MCC) preferred.
- Proven track record coaching C-suite and senior leaders to achieve measurable performance gains.
- Exceptional listening, questioning, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering coaching programs and facilitation of workshops.
- Familiarity with assessments (360s, 360 degree feedback, psychometrics) and measurement of impact.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred; coaching certifications highly valued.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid NYC setting.
