Responsibility
- Lead all on-site construction activities for multi-project portfolios, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and change controls.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Implement and enforce site safety plans, quality control programs, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local codes).
- Review drawings and specifications; lead value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, conduct regular site meetings, and manage issues to mitigate risk.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate status to leadership and clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of construction project management or superintendent experience on commercial/industrial projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong client-facing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, OSHA safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as required.
