Responsibility
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Lead on-site teams and foster collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain communication flow between all parties.
- Track project documentation, contracts, and change orders efficiently.
- Mentor junior project managers and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial construction project management.
- PMP certification or similar credentials preferred.
- Expertise in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety best practices.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
