Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from bid to closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or MS Project; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Control project costs, manage procurement, value engineering, and change orders with stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site operations, subcontractor performance, quality assurance, and safety programs (OSHA compliance).
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and field issues swiftly.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, risk registers, and executive summaries for clients and leadership.
  • Champion BIM coordination, document control, and commissioning activities to ensure smooth handover.
  • Mentor junior PMs and coordinate internal resources to meet project objectives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent); PE or licensed PM preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and QA/QC processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools) and BIM coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications; problem-solver mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites within the region; valid driver's license.
