Atlas Construct Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial builds in Dubai. You will oversee project planning, execution, safety, quality, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to handover, including scheduling, budget, safety, and quality management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress tracking, risk registers, and change control processes.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on scope, design intent, and timelines.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, subcontractor selection, and cost control to maximize value.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, inspections, and safety regulations; enforce site safety programs.
- Lead project teams, conduct regular site meetings, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
- Monitor QA/QC programs and conduct site inspections to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on construction project management experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
- Proven track record delivering projects with budgets > AED 100M and schedules compliant with aggressive timelines.
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera), cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; adept at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, permits, safety regulations, and on-site risk management; recognized safety certifications preferred (NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Willingness to travel to project sites; fluency in English; Arabic language skills a plus.
