Join NexaTech Global as a Senior Corporate Counsel and help shape our legal strategy in a fast-paced tech environment. You will provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, oversee transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including software licenses, SaaS, cloud services, data processing and integration agreements.
- Lead corporate matters, including entity structuring, board communications, and governance policies.
- Manage regulatory compliance programs and privacy considerations in line with applicable laws (eg. data protection, anti-corruption).
- Oversee M&A activity support, due diligence, and post-merger integration with business teams.
- Provide timely legal risk assessments and business-oriented solutions for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and engineering teams to implement scalable contract templates and playbooks.
- Coordinate external counsel on complex matters and manage budget and timelines.
- Monitor evolving laws and industry developments to advise on emerging risks and opportunities.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; bar admission in New York or willingness to transfer to NY.
- Minimum 6-9 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with in-house exposure in tech sector or equivalent law firm background.
- Proven track record negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, licensing, and data/privacy related agreements.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, securities, antitrust, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with ability to influence at executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead with a collaborative approach.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external counsel; strong project management skills.
