We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Trainer to lead the development and delivery of evidence-based training across technical and non-technical domains.
As a training leader, you will partner with L&D leadership, subject matter experts, and business clients to create engaging curricula, leveraging modern instructional design methodologies and learning technologies. This role blends content strategy, facilitation, and analytics to ensure measurable performance improvements.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of high-impact training programs for corporate clients.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and virtual sessions for diverse adult audiences.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze performance gaps and create actionable learning solutions.
- Develop and maintain curricula, job aids, and assessment tools aligned with business goals.
- Measure learning impact using Kirkpatrick levels and analytics; iterate programs accordingly.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to the creation of scalable training templates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field.
- 5+ years in corporate training, instructional design, or related.
- Expertise in adult learning theory, needs analysis, and curriculum development.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS (Moodle, Workday, Cornerstone).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze learning metrics and report results.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience in change management and aligning training with business outcomes.
