NovaEdge Learning Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will assess learning needs, develop curricula, and partner with subject-matter experts to ensure measurable outcomes. This role blends instructional design, delivery, and coaching to elevate workforce capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable learning experiences. You will leverage adult learning principles, create blended learning solutions, and measure impact through data analytics and outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead needs analysis and program design in partnership with clients and SMEs.
- Develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.
- Design and deliver engaging, instructor-led and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Implement blended learning approaches with e-learning modules and micro-learning assets.
- Assess learning outcomes using metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coach leaders and subject-matter experts to become confident trainers and facilitators.
- Maintain up-to-date content reflecting industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional training experience with strong facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design curricula and materials across technical and non-technical topics.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact and report findings.
- Travel up to 25% or as required by client engagements.
