Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and define measurable learning objectives that align with business goals.
- Design and develop instructor-led and digital training programs using ADDIE or SAM methodologies.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions to diverse professional audiences.
- Create assessment strategies, curricula, and job aids; analyze learning metrics to prove impact.
- Facilitate interactive activities, simulations, and role-plays to boost knowledge retention.
- Administer and optimize LMS content; track completion, performance, and feedback.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to tailor offerings and support client success.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate trainer or instructional designer.
- Proven track record designing engaging training for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, and evaluation strategies.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
- Project management and stakeholder management abilities; able to manage multiple programs concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Business, or a related field; travel up to 25% preferred.
