Responsibility
- Develop and deliver instructor led, virtual, and blended learning programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with subject matter experts to define learning outcomes and design measurable assessments.
- Create engaging materials including slides, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitates live training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance performance and adoption.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and post-training analytics.
- Coordinate training logistics, calendars, and LMS content across departments.
- Maintain up-to-date content, standards, and accessibility for a diverse audience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and analytics (LMS).
- Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
- Strong needs analysis, curriculum development, and evaluation skills.
- Project management mindset with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
