Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of corporate training programs for onboarding and ongoing development.
- Partner with business leaders to perform needs analyses and define learning objectives aligned to strategy.
- Develop curricula, lesson plans, materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions and virtual workshops for diverse audiences.
- Manage and curate content within the LMS; track participation and measure impact with metrics.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data; iterate for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and scoping for training initiatives; manage budgets and vendor relationships as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, HR, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of corporate training or instructional design experience.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline/Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze learning impact and report on outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed; flexible to work across time zones.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) are a plus.
