Ascendia Innovations is seeking a Senior Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize learning programs that accelerate professional growth and performance across our technology and services teams. Responsibility
- Lead design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and on-demand training programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct needs analyses and translate business goals into structured curricula.
- Develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design best practices, storyboards, activities, and assessments.
- Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops with energy and clarity to maximize knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys, analytics, and performance data; iterate content for continuous improvement.
- Manage and curate LMS content, course catalogs, and accessibility compliance; ensure timely updates.
- Support onboarding and ongoing learning through coaching, mentorship, and performance support tools.
- Partner with HR, product, and sales teams to align programs with competency models and career pathways.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of corporate training or L&D experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering blended learning programs (in-person, virtual, on-demand).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Moodle, Workday).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, needs analysis, and evaluation capabilities (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
