At Apex Training & Consulting, we partner with leading organizations to design and deliver transformative professional development programs. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Trainer to lead engaging in person and virtual sessions, build curricula, and measure impact across client programs.
The ideal candidate blends advanced instructional design with dynamic facilitation, a deep understanding of adult learning theory, and a passion for elevating performance. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze client needs, and iterate programs based on data and feedback.
Responsibility
- Lead and deliver high quality instructor led and virtual training sessions for diverse client cohorts
- Design and update curricula and learning materials aligned with client objectives
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and simulations to maximize learner engagement
- Perform needs assessments and partner with SMEs to translate business goals into actionable programs
- Measure learning impact using metrics, feedback, and post training support
- Manage multiple client projects with timelines, scope, and quality control
- Develop and maintain reusable training templates, guides, and e learning components
- Contribute to business development by participating in proposals and client conversations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Business or related field; Master preferred
- 6+ years of corporate training, learning and development, or related experience
- Proven track record designing and delivering engaging programs for adult learners
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to engage virtual and in person audiences
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and tools; familiarity with LMS platforms
- Strong needs analysis, curriculum development, and assessment design abilities
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% as needed
