At PeakPro Training Solutions, we design and deliver high-impact professional training programs for Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Trainer who can translate business goals into engaging, results-driven learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and outcomes measurement in a fast-paced New York environment.
As a member of our Learning & Development team, you will partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps, create scalable curricula, and deploy programs across in-person and virtual formats.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions for professional audiences.
- Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders and translate findings into actionable curricula and assessments.
- Develop, maintain, and curate curricula, learning materials, job aids, and performance support resources.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and train-the-trainer programs; mentor junior trainers.
- Measure training impact using Kirkpatrick levels, analytics, and post-program evaluation; report ROI to leadership.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content current; manage LMS assets and content accessibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of enterprise or corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design experience.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs assessment, and curriculum development.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable delivering in-person and virtual sessions across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and major LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Workday).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure outcomes, analyze feedback, and iterate programs.
- Project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and influence stakeholders.
