- Develop and deliver training programs; mentor internal crisis response teams; foster a culture of preparedness and resilience.
- Manage crisis communications and media guidance to protect reputation and stakeholder trust.
- Monitor emerging risks, maintain early warning triggers, and establish escalation procedures for rapid response.
Qualification

- 8+ years of professional experience in crisis management, business continuity, incident response, or resilience programs; leadership experience required.
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, FBCI, CISM, CISSP, CMP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in managing major incidents across cyber, physical security, and operational continuity scenarios.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with incident management frameworks (NIMS/ICS, ISO 22301) and BCM software; strong data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and travel up to 25% as needed.
