We are a premier risk and resilience partner helping global organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from complex crises. We seek a Senior Crisis Management Lead to architect and drive enterprise-wide response capabilities across functions, geographies, and regulatory environments. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to protect people, assets, and reputation.
You will collaborate with security, operations, legal, communications, IT, HR, and executive leadership to build resilient programs and ensure rapid, coordinated action during incidents.
Responsibility
- Design and implement enterprise crisis management programs, including incident response, business continuity, and recovery planning.
- Lead cross-functional crisis exercises and training to improve preparedness across functions and regions.
- Coordinate rapid incident response during events, including notification, escalation, decision-making, and resource allocation with executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain crisis communications plans for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate messaging.
- Assess risks, monitor evolving threats, and maintain up-to-date playbooks, runbooks, and contingency plans.
- Partner with security, IT, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and resilience across the organization.
- Advise senior leadership on risk posture, strategic remediation, and resource needs with data-driven reporting.
- Oversee post-incident reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives to raise overall resilience.
Qualification
- 8-12 years of experience in crisis management, incident response, resilience, or a related field; experience in regulated industries preferred.
- Proven track record leading large-scale incident response and business continuity programs for complex organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience briefing C-suite and board members.
- Professional credentials such as CEM, BCMS, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training and tabletop exercises.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure, prioritize risks, and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced project management skills and familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to crisis management.
