You will architect and drive resilient response programs for complex enterprises, ensuring rapid decision-making, clear communications, and sustained business continuity across all functions. You will partner with executive leadership to anticipate threats, orchestrate cross-functional response, and safeguard stakeholder trust during high-impact events.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate crisis response across functions during high-severity incidents, ensuring rapid decision-making and clear governance.
- Develop, test, and continuously improve comprehensive crisis management plans, playbooks, and business continuity strategies.
- Direct cross-functional incident command structures, incident logs, communications, and escalation protocols.
- Conduct risk monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and tabletop exercises to validate preparedness.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including executive briefings, regulatory notices, and media advisories.
- Coordinate with external partners, regulators, and suppliers to ensure coordinated recovery efforts.
- Lead after-action reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive improvements across the organization.
- Provide coaching and training to teams on crisis leadership, decision rights, and resilience practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, emergency management, business continuity, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of crisis management, resilience, or incident response experience in large enterprises or consulting.
- Professional certifications such as CEM, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
- Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder crisis responses under pressure with measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing executives and engaging external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with incident management software, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to travel as needed and work across time zones during major incidents.
- Resilience, influence, and collaborative leadership style with a bias toward action.
