GlobalResilience Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior Crisis Management Lead to drive strategic crisis preparedness and response for highâimpact clients across regulated industries. You will own endâtoâend crisis management programs, coordinate crossâfunctional incident response, and elevate resilience through training, simulations, and proactive risk mitigation.
In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to ensure rapid, coordinated, and compliant responses that protect people, facilities, and reputations.
Responsibility
- Lead development and ongoing refinement of enterprise crisis management plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
- Own incident response coordination during crises, ensuring rapid assessment, decision making, and crossâfunctional alignment.
- Oversee business continuity programs, including risk assessments, recovery strategies, and recovery time objectives.
- Design and run tabletop exercises and live drills to test readiness and identify gaps.
- Coordinate crisis communications with stakeholders, media, and regulatory bodies while protecting brand integrity.
- Serve as liaison to Câsuite, legal, IT, operations, HR, and security to orchestrate a unified response.
- Continuously monitor external risk landscape and regulatory requirements to inform proactive controls.
- Lead postâincident reviews, lessons learned, and remediation planning to strengthen resilience.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Risk, Security, Business, or a related field; masterâs preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity with a track record of leading major incidents.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management with exceptional communication skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in BCM standards (ISO 22301) and crisis communications best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies, BCM tools, and incident management platforms.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain crisis playbooks, runbooks, and exercise programs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMC, CBCP, or CISSP) are highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and to operate across time zones during incidents.
