BrightPath Education Group is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to shape engaging, equitable learning experiences across K-12 and higher education programs. This role blends instructional design, standards alignment, and collaborative leadership to advance our mission of accessible excellence.
As a senior member of our Curriculum team, you will drive the end-to-end development of interdisciplinary units, performance tasks, and teacher guides, ensuring rigor, clarity, and practical classroom impact. You will partner with subject matter experts, educators, and administrators to translate research into scalable curricula and engaging digital resources.
Key responsibilities include designing modular units, aligning materials with standards, integrating with our LMS and EdTech tools, and iterating based on analytics and feedback. This role requires a data-informed mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end curriculum design for targeted programs aligned to standards and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and administrators to develop engaging learning experiences.
- Design modular, scalable units and assessments and integrate with LMS and EdTech tools.
- Apply data-driven iteration using analytics to improve learning outcomes and equity.
- Create and maintain curriculum documentation, rubrics, and teacher guides.
- Lead professional development sessions and coach teachers on best practices.
- Oversee pilots, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure accessibility and equitable learning experiences across diverse classrooms.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; PhD a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design in K-12 or higher education.
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of standards alignment and assessment design (Common Core, NGSS, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective professional development for educators.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing learning metrics and outcomes.
