Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end curriculum design from needs assessment to piloting and iteration.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate standards into engaging learning experiences.
- Develop modular, reusable units optimized for in-person and online delivery.
- Assess impact using data analytics and learner feedback to refine content.
- Mentor junior designers and provide thought leadership on pedagogy.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure accessibility and scalable deployment.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of curriculum development experience in K-12 or higher education or EdTech.
- Proven ability to design inquiry-based, student-centered learning experiences.
- Strong knowledge of learning standards, assessments, and pedagogy.
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Brightspace, Canvas, Articulate 360, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
