Join the Global Accord Institute as a Senior Diplomacy Advisor to shape international policy dialogues, advance peaceful engagement, and forge alliances with governments, multilateral organizations, and civil society partners.
In this role you will lead complex diplomacy initiatives, coordinate cross-border teams, and translate research into actionable policy recommendations that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Responsibility
- Lead high-stakes diplomacy initiatives and policy negotiations with international partners across governments, alliances, and civil society.
- Design and implement strategic diplomacy programs aligned with the organization's mission and funding priorities.
- Monitor geopolitical developments and produce timely, actionable briefings for senior leadership and external partners.
- Build and sustain relationships with government officials, international organizations, think tanks, and civil society groups.
- Represent the organization in multilateral forums, negotiations, and high-level meetings, ensuring a clear value proposition.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including research, communications, and operations to execute complex policy agendas.
- Develop policy papers, position statements, and impact assessments to inform advocacy and program design.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of rigorous analysis, ethical engagement, and professional diplomacy.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of experience in diplomacy, international negotiations, or policy advisory roles.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, coalition-building, and consensus facilitation.
- Strong analytical and policy-writing skills with the ability to translate research into clear, policy-ready briefs.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.
- Experience with multilateral institutions (UN, EU, NATO, etc.) and experience navigating diverse political environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially French, Spanish, or Arabic) are advantageous.
