Join Global Policy Alliance as a Senior Diplomacy Advisor and influence foreign policy dialogue across governments, international organizations, and civil society. You will design diplomacy strategies, craft policy briefs, and coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement to advance peaceful and cooperative international relations.

Responsibility
- Lead diplomatic engagement programs with government counterparts, international organizations, and regional partners.
- Develop and implement strategic diplomacy plans, including issue-specific advocacy and policy messaging.
- Draft position papers, briefs, talking points, and negotiation memos for senior leadership.
- Plan and facilitate high-level meetings, summits, and roundtables with diverse stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely policy analyses and recommendations.
- Monitor global political developments and provide risk assessments and scenario planning.
- Represent the organization in international forums, coalitions, and public diplomacy initiatives.
- Build and maintain robust networks with diplomats, policymakers, think tanks, and NGOs.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant diplomacy, policy, or government relations experience.
- Proven track record of multilateral diplomacy and policy advocacy.
- Strong policy analysis skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear messaging.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing high-impact projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another major language (French, Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese) preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
