SummitPoint Global is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Organizational Leadership to join our New York team. In this role, you will shape and execute the organization's leadership strategy, cultivate high-potential talent, and drive sustainable cultural and performance improvements across the company. This is an executive level opportunity to influence governance, drive change, and partner with the C-suite to deliver measurable impact.
You will work with cross-functional leaders to design and implement scalable leadership development programs, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives that align with business objectives and risk governance standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and brings a data-driven approach to people strategy, with a passion for developing leaders at all levels.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's leadership strategy, aligning with business objectives across functions and regions.
- Partner with the executive team to design and implement succession planning, talent development, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Drive organizational design and change initiatives to optimize structure, culture, and operating rhythm during periods of growth or transformation.
- Develop scalable leadership programs and coaching initiatives to elevate leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Influence governance, ethics, and risk management from a leadership perspective; ensure alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Translate data and metrics into actionable insights; oversee leadership KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress.
- Foster an inclusive culture and effective internal communications to align stakeholders across functions and locations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational development, talent management, or strategy roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, or learning analytics.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite and board level.
- Ability to drive change in diverse teams and navigate ambiguity in hybrid work environments.
