Responsibility
- Define and own the e-commerce growth roadmap across web, mobile, and marketplaces.
- Lead CRO experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to optimize catalog, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze funnel performance with data dashboards and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Drive channel expansion and partnerships with marketplaces and affiliates.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and establish scalable processes for rapid experimentation.
Qualification
- 5+ years in e-commerce or growth roles with a proven track record of increasing revenue.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GA, SQL, data visualization).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run experiments with measurable impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; German language is a plus.
