Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end e-commerce operations strategy across web, marketplaces, and social commerce channels.
- Lead catalog governance, pricing, promotions, and promotional calendar to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive order fulfillment, inventory planning, and supply chain collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure high on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech to launch new products and optimize product pages for conversion.
- Develop dashboards and standard reports in Google Analytics, SQL, and BI tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
- Own vendor and partner relationships; negotiate SLAs, terms, and performance metrics.
- Implement best-in-class customer experience initiatives, returns management, and post-purchase support processes.
- Lead a high-performing operations team, mentoring, hiring, and aligning with company OKRs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 6+ years in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with inventory planning, order orchestration, and fulfillment optimization.
- Proven track record improving conversion, A/B testing, pricing, and promotions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and vendor management abilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills a strong plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with a bias for action.
