VoltNova Technologies is a leading innovator in high-performance electronics and embedded systems. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and validate analog and mixed-signal solutions for our next-generation products. This role offers the opportunity to influence hardware architecture from concept to production in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a key member of the hardware team, you will work closely with firmware, PCB, and systems engineers to deliver robust, reliable, and scalable designs that meet strict performance, cost, and regulatory standards.
Responsibility
- Lead design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits used in embedded systems
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver robust electrical designs
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and test plans
- Perform simulations (SPICE, MATLAB) and validate designs through prototyping
- Lead reliability testing, qualification, and documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and support production and field issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, EMC, and industry standards
Qualification
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on analog/digital circuit design experience
- Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB, LabVIEW; PCB layout with Altium or similar
- Strong experience with MCUs, ADC/DAC, and power electronics
- Familiarity with EMC, safety, and reliability testing
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functional in a fast-paced environment
