Responsibility

  • Lead the design and validation of power electronics and analog/digital circuits for high-reliability systems.
  • Develop and verify control algorithms and embedded software interfacing with MCU/FPGA platforms.
  • Own system-level simulations and test plans, including EMI/EMC and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to define requirements and ensure design-for-manufacturability.
  • Review and approve PCB layouts, schematics, and vendor/dev board bring-up activities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in GD&T, reliability, and documentation.
  • Coordinate design verification testing, data analysis, and root-cause investigation for issues.
  • Support production ramp, yield optimization, and supplier qualification processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog/digital circuit design and power electronics.
  • Proficiency in PCB design (Altium or similar), signal integrity, and thermal management.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, feedback loops, and embedded programming (C/C++).
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, and PCB verification tools; familiarity with LabVIEW is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and safety certifications (UL, IEC 61000 family).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
