Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical design projects for commercial and industrial applications.
- Develop detailed schematics, layouts, and system documentation using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of power systems.
- Supervise prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of new components and circuits.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and interns.
- Review, verify, and validate designs to meet compliance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering and renewable energy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Altium, or similar electrical design software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and relevant electrical codes.
- Proven track record designing medium-to-high voltage systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
