At NovaCircuits Innovations, we design high-efficiency electrical systems for aerospace and energy sectors. We seek a hands-on Electrical Engineer to drive product development from concept through qualification.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet safety and regulatory standards. This role combines circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and system integration.

Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and simulate power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and embedded systems for targeted products.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts, selecting components with reliability and cost in mind.
- Develop test plans, perform validation, and troubleshoot hardware in both lab and field settings.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration and robust performance.
- Lead new product introductions, including DFM, DFMEA, and qualification tests per industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hardware design experience in power electronics, analog/digital circuits, or embedded systems.
- Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and EDA tools (Altium/OrCAD, PSpice).
- Strong understanding of PCB design, signal integrity, thermal management, and EMC/EMI compliance.
- Experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and test equipment; familiarity with ISO/IEC standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
