Responsibility

  • Lead analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design for high-efficiency products.
  • Develop and validate PCB layouts (Altium/PCB Designer) with a focus on reliability and manufacturability.
  • Design and analyze power electronics, including DC-DC converters and energy-management strategies.
  • Model and simulate circuits using SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and thermal analysis tools.
  • Own board bring-up, verification, debugging, and characterization in lab and field environments.
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware features.
  • Establish hardware test plans, qualification methodologies, and documentation in accordance with quality standards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on hardware design experience in analog/digital and power electronics.
  • Proficient PCB design experience (Altium preferred) with strong understanding of signal integrity and EMI/EMC.
  • Experience with RF design and wireless communication interfaces is a plus.
  • Proficient in SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documenting skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. work authorization; willingness to periodically travel for on-site debugging and customer visits.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM for high-volume production is a plus.
